Reviews, tied to the job they were written for

Fine, not flashy

Fine for what we need. Not the most powerful option but the least annoying.

Performance budget is a genuinely good idea

The editor warns you before a page gets slow. Our campaign pages went from three seconds to under one. Fewer blocks than competitors, which is the tradeoff.

Sensible defaults

Six months in and it still does the job. Nothing surprising, which is the point.

Testing built in saved a vendor

Multivariate tests without a separate tool. Statistics are conservative, which I prefer. Builder is slightly clunkier than Landkit.

Better than what we left

Not perfect, but every problem we have raised got an answer and most got fixed.

Held up as we grew

We use maybe sixty percent of it. That sixty percent works very well.

Worth the switch

We evaluated four options and picked this one on support responsiveness. No regrets.

Solid, with a couple of rough edges

Easy to hand over to a junior marketer, which was the deciding factor for us.

Fine, not flashy

Replaced two tools with this one. Setup took an afternoon and the team stopped asking questions.

Reliable day to day

Reliable. In four months we have had one short outage and it was communicated properly.

Does the job without drama

Easy to hand over to a junior marketer, which was the deciding factor for us.

Sensible defaults

Does what it says. The onboarding was better than I expected for the price.

Straightforward and fast

Stable and predictable. I have stopped thinking about it, which is the compliment.

Solid, with a couple of rough edges

Held up as we grew

Migration was smoother than the last two tools we tried. Data came across intact.

Worth the switch

The reporting finally gave our lead something to take into the monthly review.

Held up as we grew

Took a couple of weeks to settle into it. Worth pushing through the first fortnight.

Replaced two tools with this

It scaled with us from two seats to eleven without a repricing conversation.

Support is the differentiator
