Tells you what to make next
Content-type breakdowns changed our production mix. Less useful as a reporting tool for stakeholders.
Loved
Content insight
Complaints
Weak stakeholder reporting
Testing built in saved a vendor
Multivariate tests without a separate tool. Statistics are conservative, which I prefer. Builder is slightly clunkier than Landkit.
Loved
Built-in experimentation
Complaints
Builder ergonomics
Rank tracking is accurate, UI is busy
Numbers reconcile with our own sampling. The interface tries to show everything at once; saved views help.

Accuracy
Complaints
Dense UI
Powerful but the learning curve is real
Took our team three weeks to stop fighting it. Once configured it is excellent. Onboarding docs assume you already know their vocabulary.

Excellent engine, ageing editor
The sending side is superb. The template editor is the weakest part — our designers rebuild in HTML rather than fight it. Roadmap says a new editor is in beta.

Brand token changes do not propagate to sent drafts
Updating a brand colour leaves already-created drafts on the old value with no warning, so campaigns ship off-brand.
Instagram carousel previews show the wrong crop
The preview applies a 1:1 crop even when the post is set to 4:5, so approvers sign off on a framing that is not what publishes.
Bounce webhook fires twice for soft bounces
Every soft bounce delivers two identical webhook events, which double-counts suppression in our CRM.
