Content briefs that cite their sources
Every recommendation links the pages it learned from, which means I can argue with it. Crawler is fast on a two hundred thousand URL site.
Loved
Explainable briefs, crawl speed
Complaints
Backlink index smaller than incumbents
Great planner, analytics still catching up
Scheduling is excellent and the mobile app is genuinely usable. The analytics module is thinner than what we had before — we still export to a sheet for the monthly report. Support answered a broken-preview issue within three hours.
Loved
Fast, reliable publishing
Complaints
Analytics exports are limited
Warehouse-native audiences are the differentiator
Audiences are defined in our warehouse, not duplicated in their tool. Branch-level experiments finally let us prove journey changes.
Loved
Warehouse-native, experimentation
Complaints
Steeper setup
Send-time recommendations actually moved engagement
We saw a measurable lift after letting it pick windows for two of our four accounts. The other two were flat, which they were upfront about being likely for low-volume accounts.
Loved
Send-time model, honest expectations
Complaints
Small network coverage
Performance budget is a genuinely good idea
The editor warns you before a page gets slow. Our campaign pages went from three seconds to under one. Fewer blocks than competitors, which is the tradeoff.
Loved
Speed, editor warnings
Complaints
Smaller block library

Send-time model recommends 03:00 for low-volume accounts
Accounts under 500 followers get recommendations in the middle of the night because the sample is too small.
Crawler ignores robots.txt crawl-delay
Our staging environment was crawled at 40 req/s despite a crawl-delay of 10, which triggered our rate limiter.
Scheduled threads post out of order after a retry
When the first post of a thread fails and retries, the remaining posts publish before the retry lands, so the thread reads backwards. Reproduced on three accounts.
