Sendhaven reviews
A five-star average across unrelated jobs tells you very little. Every review here names the job it applies to, and verified users carry more weight than anonymous ones.

Deliverability tooling is a category above
Per-domain reputation monitoring caught a warm-up problem before it cost us a send. Segmentation is fast on a two million contact list. Pricing gets steep past the mid tier.
Loved
Deliverability, segmentation speed

Reliable day to day
Reliable. In four months we have had one short outage and it was communicated properly.
Loved
Ease of use
Complaints
Mobile experience
Solid, with a couple of rough edges
We had one billing mix-up which was corrected the same week without argument.

Good fit for a small team
The reporting finally gave our lead something to take into the monthly review.
Loved
Onboarding
Reliable day to day
The core workflow is well thought through. Some of the settings are buried.
Loved
Reporting
Support answered on a Sunday during an incident
We had a bounce spike from a bad import. First response in eighteen minutes, root cause the same day, and they published the incident publicly. That is why we renewed.
Loved
Support responsiveness

Template editor feels dated
Does the job without drama
We use maybe sixty percent of it. That sixty percent works very well.

Excellent engine, ageing editor
The sending side is superb. The template editor is the weakest part — our designers rebuild in HTML rather than fight it. Roadmap says a new editor is in beta.

Solid, with a couple of rough edges
The API is clean and documented, which made our integration a one-day job.

Good product held back slightly by thin documentation on the advanced features.

Fine for what we need. Not the most powerful option but the least annoying.

Solid day-to-day. We hit one limitation on reporting but support suggested a workable path.
Loved

Six months in and it still does the job. Nothing surprising, which is the point.

Sensible defaults
Easy to hand over to a junior marketer, which was the deciding factor for us.

Not perfect, but every problem we have raised got an answer and most got fixed.

How reviews are weighted
Volume raises confidence. It does not overpower quality.
Verified beats anonymous
Work-email and billing verification carry materially more weight than an unverified account.
Reputation compounds
Reviewers whose contributions are consistently marked helpful influence the score more.
Recency matters
Recent evidence weighs more, but history stays visible so you can see the trajectory.
Bursts get flagged
Sudden volume from one referrer, shared fingerprints or vendor IP ranges trigger review.
