Session expires without warning mid-edit
The session ends silently while editing, and unsaved work is lost on the next save attempt with no warning beforehand.
Integration disconnects silently after token refresh
When the upstream token rotates the connection drops without notifying anyone, and sync stops until someone notices manually.
Two-factor reset loops on some domains
The 2FA reset link returns to the login screen instead of completing, affecting users on domains with a strict mail policy.
Permissions do not apply to nested items
Restricting a parent container leaves items nested inside it readable by anyone with a direct link.
Attachment upload fails above 25MB
