Integration disconnects silently after token refresh
When the upstream token rotates the connection drops without notifying anyone, and sync stops until someone notices manually.
Audit log omits deletions
Created and updated events are recorded but deletions are not, which leaves a gap in the trail during a compliance review.
Filters reset when navigating back
Opening a record and pressing back clears every applied filter, so working through a filtered list means reapplying filters each time.

Real multi-author support
Section-level subscriptions are the reason we moved. Three writers, three sections, one list. The CMS is basic but it does not need to be more.
