Audit log
Every moderation decision, scoring change and ranking intervention, with the actor and the rationale. This is what makes a disputed decision reconstructable rather than arguable.

What gets logged
Scoring changes
Weight adjustments, confidence curve edits, recency window changes — with before and after values.
Moderation decisions
Review removals, problem rejections, flag outcomes and the written rationale.
Claim decisions
Approvals, rejections and the verification evidence that supported them.
Auction interventions
Suspended bids, rejected creatives and refunded placements.
Taxonomy changes
New jobs, membership approvals and rejections, category restructuring.
Product merges
Both listing IDs, which one survived and what evidence carried over.
Immutability
Audit entries are append-only and are never edited or deleted, including when a decision is later reversed — a reversal is a new entry referencing the original. An audit trail that can be tidied up afterwards is not an audit trail.
