Mobile layout breaks on long titles
Titles over roughly 60 characters overflow their container on small screens and push the action buttons off-screen.
Deleted members still appear in reports
Removed users continue to show in historical reporting with no indication they no longer have access.
Session expires without warning mid-edit
The session ends silently while editing, and unsaved work is lost on the next save attempt with no warning beforehand.
